About the Role
The Talent Acquisition & HR Manager plays a central role in scaling the Cape Town office and safeguarding its culture. This role combines strategic recruitment, employee experience design, and hands-on HR operations. You will operate as the primary People & Organization (P&O) representative in South Africa, partnering closely with the General Manager and collaborating globally with the Swiss P&O team.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, assessment, interviewing, and hiring.

Build strong talent pipelines for future growth.

Ensure a positive candidate journey at every stage.
Onboarding & Culture Development

Design and implement an onboarding framework that ensures seamless integration for new hires.

Promote a cohesive, values-aligned company culture.

Develop engagement initiatives that strengthen team relationships.
People Operations

Manage employment contracts, HR data, compliance, and general employee lifecycle administration.

Ensure alignment with South African labour legislation.

Maintain high standards of accuracy in documentation and HR systems.
Employee Support

Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries.

Provide guidance on company policies, benefits, and workplace expectations.
Global Collaboration

Support international P&O initiatives driven by the Swiss headquarters.

Assist with global recruitment coordination and cross-border HR administration.
Qualifications & Minimum Requirements
-
3–5 years’ Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience within an agency or fast-paced HR team.

Relevant qualification in HR Management, Psychology, or related field.

Strong understanding of South African labour law (BCEA).

Demonstrated ability to work independently and structure workload.

High attention to detail, especially in contract and data management.

Excellent communication skills in English (extra languages beneficial).
