Job Overview
The HR Officer (Talent Pipeline) is a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional responsible for supporting HR operations, ensuring compliance with labour legislation, and fostering a positive employee experience. This role will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and policy implementation for our restaurant operations.
The position provides the opportunity to work independently while contributing directly to building a high-performing HR function across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Facilitate interview and induction processes for new hires

Complete, collate, and maintain all employee documentation

Support stores with HR-related queries and provide guidance on policies

Assist with disciplinary enquiries, Department of Labour cases, and CCMA matters

Support implementation and improvement of HR systems and procedures

Review and update HR policies to ensure consistency across the Group

Ensure HR policies are properly implemented and adhered to by all parties

Assist in training and development initiatives
Qualifications
Education
-
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field
Experience
-
Minimum of 3 yearsβ experience as an HR Officer or Generalist
-
Recruitment experience within a multi-location environment

Familiarity with labour legislation and CCMA processes
Skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Strong organizational and administrative skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
