Role Purpose:
EY is seeking a dynamic HR Operations & Systems Specialist to oversee and manage complex HR systems implementations and digital transformation projects. You will play a key role in driving HR technology solutions to support the firm’s strategic objectives. As part of the Talent team, you will manage multiple complex HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, and other internal global systems. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with a global team, providing strategic HR technology solutions while optimizing processes for better efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- ✅ Lead SAP SuccessFactors Implementations: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- ✅ Mentorship & Leadership: Lead a team of SAP SuccessFactors administrators, offering guidance and support in their day-to-day operations.
- ✅ Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored HR technology solutions.
- ✅ Solution Design & Configuration: Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet specific client requirements, enhancing HR processes and maximizing system functionality.
- ✅ Data Migration & Integration: Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy and integrity during the transition.
- ✅ Change Management: Lead change initiatives by providing training to super-users and end-users, while offering ongoing support to ensure effective system adoption.
- ✅ Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes by leveraging SAP SuccessFactors capabilities to enhance efficiency.
- ✅ Problem-Solving: Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to complex system-related problems.
- ✅ Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement in HR systems.
- ✅ Employee Data Management: Coordinate and manage employee data across HR, service delivery centres (IBM), and Payroll, ensuring accurate and timely data flow.
- ✅ Role-Based Permissions & Audits: Review and manage role-based permissions for HR applications, conducting system access audits to maintain appropriate access levels.
- ✅ Graduate Intake Programme: Lead the annual graduate intake programme that runs throughout December.
- ✅ Support & Reports: Provide ongoing support around audit requirements, resolve queries, and ensure data validation for accurate reporting.
SAP SuccessFactors Expertise Required:
- ✅ Core HR: Manage employee data, organizational structures, and core HR processes.
- ✅ Recruiting: Oversee talent acquisition, applicant tracking, and onboarding processes.
- ✅ Performance Management: Manage performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback systems.
- ✅ Learning Management: Administer training programmes, course catalogues, and learning analytics.
- ✅ Succession Planning: Facilitate talent development, succession planning, and career pathing.
- ✅ Compensation: Manage compensation planning, variable pay, and equity.
- ✅ Role-Based Permissions (RBP): Ensure security and access control management for HR applications.
- ✅ Reporting & Analytics: Utilize workforce analytics and reporting tools for data-driven HR decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
- ✅ Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors (or a similar HRIS platform), ServiceNow, and Microsoft 365, supported by both implementation and post-go-live support experience.
- ✅ Data Experience: Strong functional experience in data extraction from SAP systems to downstream systems.
- ✅ Educational Qualification: Relevant degree in HR, IT, Finance, or a related field.
- ✅ Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas), Power BI, and Microsoft Office packages.
