As part of our People Ops team, you’ll play a key role in building a culture of excellence, improving HR systems, and ensuring seamless internal processes that support our growing remote workforce around the globe.

✅ Key Responsibilities

✔️ Support daily HR operations including onboarding, employee support, and data management
✔️ Assist in hiring processes, from scheduling interviews to maintaining candidate records
✔️ Coordinate internal communications and engagement initiatives
✔️ Maintain compliance with HR policies and standards
✔️ Contribute to performance management and learning programs

🧠 What We’re Looking For

🎓 Ideal Candidate Profile:

Prior experience in HR or people operations is an advantage
Excellent communication and writing skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented and reliable when working independently
Familiarity with HR systems and tools like Google Workspace, Slack, or Trello
A natural people-person with high emotional intelligence
