🧾 Key Responsibilities

Employee Data Validation & System Accuracy

  • Validate all employee transactions (hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, salary changes, contract management, and compensation).

  • Ensure HR system entries align with supporting documentation, policies, and SLA timelines.

  • Address and follow up on missing or incorrect data via outbound communication protocols.

  • Stay current on payroll, HR, and system changes to apply correct validation rules.

Service Management & Customer Support

  • Handle queries from employees and line managers with clarity, speed, and professionalism.

  • Ensure all communications are documented for traceability on HR systems.

  • Escalate risks or issues related to systems, processes, or people for prompt resolution.

  • Categorize and manage HR queries accurately to ensure swift turnaround.

Compliance & Confidentiality

  • Adhere to audit standards and internal process SOPs.

  • Validate customer information through vetting procedures.

  • Ensure full compliance with POPIA and protection of employee data at all times.

General HR Administration

  • Register SARS numbers for new hires.

  • Provide administrative support on special HR projects and long service awards.


🎓 Qualifications & Experience

  • A qualification in Human Resources (or related field).

  • 1–3 years of administrative or HR support experience.

  • Prior experience with HR systems (advantageous).

  • Exposure to shared services or HR administration environments preferred.

  • Strong customer service and performance-driven mindset.
