JOB OVERVIEW
PwC is looking for an experienced HR Transformation Manager to lead complex HR transformation initiatives for high-profile clients. This role focuses on redesigning HR processes, implementing HR technologies, refining operating models, and improving HR service delivery. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, guide multidisciplinary teams, and deliver solutions that align people strategies with business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead and manage workstreams within large-scale HR transformation projects

Design and implement efficient, future-ready HR processes and operating models

Drive HRIS implementations and technology-enabled HR solutions
-
Partner with leadership teams on organisation design and workforce strategy
-
Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder alignment
-
Apply change management principles to support adoption and sustainability
-
Mentor team members and contribute to building high-performing consulting teams

Manage project governance including risk, budget, quality, and reporting
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-
Master’s degree (advantageous)
Experience
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR transformation, HR consulting, or HR leadership roles

Proven experience delivering HR process redesign and system implementation projects
-
Experience engaging senior leadership and executive stakeholders
Skills

Strong leadership and project management capability
-
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Change management and organisational development expertise

Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, or ServiceNow (advantageous)

Understanding of agile methodologies and emerging HR technologies (advantageous)
