Job Overview
TFG is seeking a highly motivated and detail-driven HR Wage Clerk Administrator to join our dynamic HR team in Gauteng. This role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth payroll operations, HR administration, and compliance across various business functions including recruitment, wellness, training, and timekeeping.
Key Responsibilities
🧾 Payroll Administration:

Perform weekly payroll administrative tasks to ensure accurate and timely wage payments.

Ensure full compliance with the Clothing Bargaining Council regulations.

Process and verify wage-related data and documentation.
-
Generate payroll reports and submit reconciliations where necessary.

Manage employee time and attendance records efficiently.
👥 General HR Administration:
-
Provide administrative support across all HR functions.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
-
Assist in updating employee files with employment and payroll-related changes.
📢 Recruitment Support:
-
Coordinate and manage end-to-end onboarding for new hires.

Ensure recruitment and employment practices align with TFG’s compliance policies.
🎓 Training & Learnership Management:

Administer and monitor training programmes and learnerships.
-
Track student progress and assist with compliance-related documentation.
❤️ Employee Wellness Initiatives:

Design and implement employee wellness campaigns and initiatives.

Proactively identify opportunities to support staff well-being.
Required Qualifications & Experience
-
Grade 12 (Matric)
-
Completed or ongoing HR qualification or training (essential)

Computer literacy – Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Outlook)

Ability to communicate using SASL (South African Sign Language) is a strong advantage

Knowledge or experience with Clothing Bargaining Council regulations is highly advantageous
