As an HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and implementing HR technology projects, working closely with both local HR teams and our global IT organization. Key Responsibilities:
🔑 Project Management & Implementation
- Manage HRIS projects from start to finish, ensuring that deadlines are met and risks are identified and mitigated.
- Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to gather business requirements, translating them into effective SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Implement new functionalities that enhance HR processes, improve existing workflows, or introduce new system processes using HR technology.
🖥️ System Administration & Support
- Focus on SAP SuccessFactors for HRIS projects, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Oversee all project phases, including testing, implementation, and training to ensure the system meets organizational needs.
- Work closely with the Global IT organization and local HR teams to ensure smooth collaboration and the successful delivery of projects.
🛠️ Problem Solving & Technical Expertise
- Utilize your technical skills to drive system improvements and problem-solving efforts within the HRIS landscape.
- Provide ongoing support for the SAP SuccessFactors system and ensure that HR systems are optimized to meet business needs.
📊 Data Management & Reporting
- Ensure effective data management and reporting capabilities within SAP SuccessFactors, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
Education & Qualifications:
🎓 Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
💼 Minimum Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR-related systems administration, with a strong focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of HR concepts and systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Back-end experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a must.
