Job Overview

The HSSE Operations Internship offers graduates an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure within the Health, Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality department.

Interns will be integrated into operational HSSE activities, gaining practical experience while understanding workplace culture, compliance standards, and environmental best practices within a leading global energy organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily HSSE operational activities

• Assist with safety inspections and compliance checks

• Contribute to environmental and quality management processes

• Help maintain HSSE documentation and reporting systems

• Participate in risk assessments and safety audits

• Assist with incident reporting and follow-up procedures

• Support implementation of company safety standards and policies

• Learn and apply HSSE tools and systems

Qualifications

🎓 Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in:

  • Safety Management

  • Environmental Science

  • Occupational Health & Safety

  • Or related relevant field

💼 Experience

• Less than 3 years working experience

• Strong communication skills

• Analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Systems-oriented mindset

• Willingness to learn HSSE tools and processes

• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
