🎯 Role Purpose

To provide comprehensive administrative support across the full Human Capital (HC) lifecycle, enabling efficient HR operations and delivering a positive employee experience within Momentum Investments.

  • Knowledge of Human Resource Management principles and South African labour legislation (BCEA, EEA, LRA)
  • 1–2 years’ HR/Human Capital administrative experience
  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables under pressure
  • Strong service orientation
  • Highly organised and detail-focused
  • Professional and well-presented (first point of contact role)
  • Adaptability within a dynamic environment
  • Strong multi-channel communication skills (email, Teams, meetings) with proactive escalation capability
