π― Role Purpose
To provide comprehensive administrative support across the full Human Capital (HC) lifecycle, enabling efficient HR operations and delivering a positive employee experience within Momentum Investments.
π Requirements
- Knowledge of Human Resource Management principles and South African labour legislation (BCEA, EEA, LRA)
- 1β2 yearsβ HR/Human Capital administrative experience
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables under pressure
- Strong service orientation
- Highly organised and detail-focused
- Professional and well-presented (first point of contact role)
- Adaptability within a dynamic environment
- Strong multi-channel communication skills (email, Teams, meetings) with proactive escalation capability
π Key Responsibilities
π Process & Administrative Excellence
- Identify and recommend HR process improvements
- Enhance efficiency across the Human Capital value chain
- Maintain strict confidentiality
- Proactively escalate themes or feedback to senior HC leadership
π₯ Recruitment Administration
- Apply for position numbers
- Advertise roles on Neptune and LinkedIn
- Screen CVs and source candidates
- Conduct interviews for entry-level roles
- Coordinate interviews and assessments
- Complete MIE and Directive 8 checks
- Support reference checks
- Draft offers and package calculators
- Ensure POPIA compliance
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience
π Onboarding & Benefits Administration
π Ensure completion of onboarding documentation
π©Ί Execute benefit administration processes
π€ Submit documentation to payroll accurately and timeously
π» Coordinate IT setup for new hires
π Facilitate induction scheduling
π¨ Ensure employee engagement onboarding communication
π Prepare welcome packs and support new starters on day one
β Employee Relations Support
π Coordinate meetings and enquiries
π Draft minutes, warnings and supporting documentation
π Prepare enquiry packs
π Provide administrative support during S189 processes
π© Query & Case Management
π₯ Manage queries via PeopleTrax
β± Ensure SLA and TAT compliance
π― Promote employee self-service enablement
π Data, Reporting & Offboarding
π Maintain accurate headcount reporting
π Update recruitment and vacancy trackers
π Manage offboarding processes (resignation, retirement, dismissal)
π Maintain and update employee records across systems
