🌟 What You’ll Be Doing

As a Human Resource Administrator, you’ll play a critical support role across a variety of HR and administrative functions. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process (advertising roles, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, reference checks, etc.)

  • Managing and completing all recruitment-related documentation and correspondence

  • Supporting payroll processes through accurate preparation and submission of required documents

  • Generating and analyzing weekly and monthly HR reports

  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, documents, and meeting minutes

  • Providing administrative support to the Regional HR Manager, including scheduling and recruitment reporting

  • Organizing meetings, staff functions, and appointments

  • Assisting with service provider negotiations and general operational support for the store operations group


🧠 What You Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • HR or Administrative qualification (minimum 2 years preferred)

Experience & Skills:

  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role

  • Prior experience in a Human Resources environment is highly advantageous

  • Familiarity with South African labour legislation and HR practices

  • Financial and numerical literacy with an understanding of basic financial controls

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written in English); fluency in an additional official language is a plus

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively at all levels

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
