Key Responsibilities:
βοΈ Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of HR professionals, ensuring high standards of performance and accountability.
βοΈ Employee Relations: Handle complex employee relations issues, provide guidance on conflict resolution, and ensure a positive work culture.
βοΈ Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the company.
βοΈ Performance Management: Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to support high performance and employee development.
βοΈ Policy Development & Compliance: Ensure HR policies are updated, compliant with local regulations, and aligned with industry best practices.
βοΈ Training & Development: Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
βοΈ Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation structures and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and align with company goals.
βοΈ Data & Reporting: Use HR metrics and analytics to support strategic decision-making. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
βοΈ Change Management: Lead HR-related change initiatives, supporting the organization through transitions and ensuring smooth implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
π Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the technology or telecommunications industries.
π Leadership Skills: Strong team leadership abilities with experience managing HR teams.
π Labor Law Knowledge: In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
π Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with employees at all levels.
π Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
π Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
π HR Software: Proficiency in HR software and Google Suite (preferred).
π Educational Background: Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications in HR are a plus.
