Are you a skilled Human Resource professional looking to step into a leadership role? Fidelity Services Group is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager for their Rustenburg branch. In this dynamic position, you will lead HR functions across multiple areas, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities: π Team Leadership: Lead and guide a diverse HR team, ensuring that high standards are maintained across all HR functions.
π€ Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance hearings, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
π Recruitment & Onboarding: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with group policies and employment equity goals. Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientations.
πΌ Performance Management: Implement and monitor performance management systems, providing guidance to department heads on evaluations, feedback, and staff development.
π Compliance & Policy Development: Ensure all HR practices and policies comply with relevant labor laws and company standards.
π‘ Training & Development: Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and career progression.
π° Compensation & Benefits: Ensure competitive compensation structures and benefits packages that support the companyβs objectives.
π HR Analytics & Reporting: Use HR metrics to assess trends, prepare reports for senior management, and guide HR strategy.
Required Qualifications & Experience: π Education: Grade 12 / Matric, with a BCom degree or a Diploma in Human Resource Management (minimum 3-year qualification).
π§βπΌ Experience: 5+ years of experience in senior HR management roles, with a focus on the security or mining industry.
π₯ Leadership: At least 5 years in a supervisory role with strong people management skills.
π» Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel (advanced formulas), and other HR software.
π£ Travel: Must have a valid driverβs license and reliable transportation for travel to various locations.
