Key Responsibilities:
✔ Administrative Support: Answer phone calls, record messages, and maintain filing systems.
✔ Recruitment & Onboarding: File, track, and process employment applications. Assist new hires with employment verification forms.
✔ Payroll Assistance: Audit and coordinate the distribution of paychecks.
✔ Employee Communication: Maintain and update bulletin boards with employment opportunities, recruitment updates, and legal notices.
✔ Compliance & Safety: Ensure all HR policies and procedures are followed, maintaining confidentiality and adherence to company standards.
✔ Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to support HR functions and employee relations.
What We Are Looking For:
📌 Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
📌 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a related HR role.
📌 Skills: Strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills.
📌 Work Ethic: Ability to multitask, maintain professionalism, and work in a team environment.
📌 Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 10 lbs.
