What You’ll Do

As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a vital role in shaping ITB’s workforce strategy, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

✅ Develop & Implement HR Strategies – Align HR policies with business goals to drive success.
✅ Oversee Employee Lifecycle – Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
✅ Employee Relations & Compliance – Ensure labour law adherence, resolve disputes, and manage workplace policies.
✅ Training & Development – Identify skills gaps and drive initiatives to enhance employee performance.
✅ Compensation & Benefits – Administer payroll, benefits, and incentives to maintain competitive packages.
✅ Workplace Culture – Promote an inclusive, engaging, and high-performance environment.
✅ HR Data & Workforce Planning – Utilize analytics to inform decision-making and optimize workforce strategies.
✅ Management Support – Provide expert HR guidance to senior leadership.

What You’ll Need

🎓 Education:
✔ Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

📌 Experience:
✔ 6+ years of HR management experience.
✔ Strong labour law knowledge and CCMA/CDR representation experience.
✔ Proven ability to manage employee relations, HR policies, and workforce development.
✔ Experience working in the manufacturing or packaging industry (preferred).
