๐ค About the Role
As a Human Resources Officer, you will support and drive effective implementation of Glencoreโs HR policies, systems, and practices across the site. This role is critical in ensuring legal compliance, supporting recruitment drives (especially learners), providing sound guidance to line management, and assisting with HR reporting and projects.
This position offers the chance to influence workforce culture, employee engagement, and compliance while building a solid career in a leading multinational organization.
๐ ๏ธ Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute recruitment, selection, and placement activities, with a focus on learnerships and entry-level pipelines.

Provide general HR support within your operational area, ensuring smooth service delivery.

Ensure alignment and compliance with HR policies, procedures, and South African labor legislation.

Advise line managers on fair labor practices and disciplinary procedures, promoting a culture of fairness and consistency.

Participate in and support HR projects, reporting tasks, and trend analysis as required.

Maintain efficient HR records and support the SAP Human Capital Management system.
๐ Minimum Requirements

A Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources or a relevant related field.

At least 2 yearsโ HR Generalist experience.

Working knowledge and experience with SAP Human Capital Module.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
