✅ Key Responsibilities

✔ Client Card Processing

  • Create and load client cards following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Conduct rigorous testing before distribution to maintain quality standards.
  • Log delivery calls and coordinate with Operations for prompt client card dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate documentation (waybill numbers, shipment tracking, etc.).

✔ Client Engagement & Communication

  • Keep clients informed about their requests and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure effective email administration and telephonic support.
  • Maintain a well-organized email system for efficient retrieval and follow-ups.

✔ Team Collaboration & Support

  • Assist and stand in for team members as needed.
  • Attend scheduled meetings and address urgent matters in the absence of colleagues.
  • Maintain workflow efficiency and communicate with relevant stakeholders.

✔ Compliance & Security

  • Adhere to G4S security policies, including Info Security Policy, Crisis Management Plan, and Clean Desk Policy.
  • Report safety incidents and participate in safety meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

📌 Required Qualifications & Skills

✔ Education:

  • Grade 12 Qualification.

✔ Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).

✔ Key Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
