🚀 About the Opportunity

We’re seeking a motivated Industrial Engineering In-service Trainee to join our team at the Westmead Biscuits Factory in KwaZulu-Natal. You will work under the guidance of the Site Industrial Engineer and contribute to meaningful operational improvement projects while gaining real-world factory experience.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives

• Participate in labour analysis and process method projects

• Assist with Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) projects

• Get involved in quality control and continuous improvement projects

• Prepare technical reports and present findings to key stakeholders

• Apply Industrial Engineering principles in a real-time manufacturing environment

📚 Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Science, Engineering, or Technology in Industrial Engineering

• Minimum 70% average in your final year

• Experience in vacation work or part-time work is a bonus
