🧾 JOB OVERVIEW

Tracker is seeking a detail-oriented Installation Support Administrator to join its Customer Service Department in East London. The role focuses on scheduling, coordinating installations, handling customer queries, and ensuring service level agreements are consistently met in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.


🧭 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle telephonic requests received by the Scheduling Department efficiently

  • Manage and respond to email service requests within SLA requirements

  • Take ownership of escalated queries and ensure timely resolution

  • Book new fitments, onsite inspections, and service requests

  • Schedule jobs with Fitment Centres and liaise with technicians

  • Provide technical assistance to Tracker and Fitment Centre technicians

  • Maintain relationships with partners and internal stakeholders

  • Perform administrative duties, data capturing, and reporting

  • Compile and submit daily and weekly service and fitment statistics

  • Conduct follow-ups on outstanding service requests and installations

  • Ensure excellent customer service standards in a high-pressure environment

  • Meet or exceed performance targets

Education

  • Matric (Grade 12)

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year Contact Centre experience

Skills

  • Computer literacy

  • Excellent typing and accurate data capturing skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional telephone manner

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Strong time management and self-discipline

  • Ability to work independently and in a team

  • Bilingual (English and Afrikaans) – advantageous
