Key Responsibilities:

✅ Process and assess insurance claims related to credit life and non-medical cases
✅ Communicate with clients to obtain necessary information for claims evaluation
✅ Review and verify claim documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulations
✅ Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the claims process
✅ Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims in line with internal policies
✅ Identify and escalate any issues or discrepancies to management
✅ Work with cross-functional teams to improve claims processing efficiency

🔑 Experience in insurance claims processing, especially credit life and non-medical claims
🔑 Strong communication skills to assist clients effectively

Minimum Qualifications:

Grade 12 National Certificate/Vocational
Insurance-related qualifications (preferred, but not mandatory)
Experience in claims processing (especially insurance claims) is an advantage
