Job Overview

The Integrity Management Services Intern role provides structured development for graduates seeking exposure in investigations, ethics, risk assessment, and compliance. The internship is designed to build strong analytical, investigative, and reporting capabilities while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in investigations through evidence gathering and analysis

• Review process flows and identify potential fraud or corruption risks

• Apply legal principles and internal policies to ethical and investigative cases

• Support risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in business processes

• Develop analytical and critical thinking skills through case analysis

• Compile clear, factual, and defensible investigation reports

• Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality and discretion

Qualifications

Education

• NQF Level 7 or 8 qualification in:

  • Criminology

  • Police Science

  • Forensic Investigations

Experience

• No prior work experience required

Skills and Competencies

• Strong interest in forensic investigation, ethics, and compliance

• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• High level of personal and professional integrity

• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
