🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Lead and manage interior design projects from inception through to handover
✔️ Interpret and translate client requirements into creative and effective design solutions
✔️ Develop detailed briefs aligned with project goals and regulations
✔️ Present concepts and proposals clearly to internal and external stakeholders
✔️ Create comprehensive technical and construction documentation
✔️ Work closely with suppliers, contractors, site coordinators, and project managers
✔️ Ensure designs meet technical, aesthetic, and commercial expectations
✔️ Stay up to date with design innovations and material trends
✔️ Contribute to business development through proactive networking

📌 Minimum Requirements:

✅ Education:
🎓 Tertiary qualification in Interior Design

✅ Experience:
📅 7+ years’ experience in interior design
📁 Proven project management skills and ability to oversee multiple design projects
🧠 Strong conceptual and three-dimensional thinking
🧰 Experience using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp

✅ Skills:
💬 Excellent communication and presentation abilities
🔍 Meticulous attention to detail and ability to deliver under pressure
📐 Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods and SA supplier networks
📊 Strong numerical acumen and budgeting experience
