📊 Role Overview: Business Coordinator Intern
The Business Coordinator Intern will support the sales/commercial team in various operational tasks, including quote generation, order fulfillment, and order conversion. You will be crucial in tracking business pipeline progress and addressing any delays or bottlenecks in the sales process.

📝 Key Responsibilities
- 🗂️ Sales Support: Assist in order processing, quote management, and order conversions to ensure smooth operations.
- 📈 Pipeline Tracking: Maintain a weekly updated Business Pipeline Tracker to monitor order conversion and fulfillment.
- 🔄 Identify Issues: Proactively identify any delays or challenges in the sales process, working with team members to address and resolve them.
- 📞 Customer Coordination: Communicate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
- 🎓 Tertiary Qualification: A qualification in Marketing, General Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 💻 Intermediate Excel Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and general office software.
- 🌱 No Previous Internship Experience Required: Ideal for candidates who are new to internships or have minimal work experience.
- 🌍 Location Requirement: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Johannesburg, South Africa.
