🧾 Job Overview

This 12-month internship offers hands-on exposure to internal auditing within a state-owned enterprise. Interns will support audit processes, develop practical skills in risk assessment, compliance, and reporting, and gain insights into organisational governance and controls.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Assist with internal audits and compliance reviews

• Support preparation of audit schedules, reports, and findings

• Conduct risk assessments under supervision

• Maintain audit documentation and records accurately

• Assist in monitoring adherence to policies and procedures

• Follow up on corrective actions from audit findings

• Support internal control assessments across business units

📚 Qualifications

Education:

• National Diploma or BCom Degree in Internal Auditing

Experience:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
