As an Internal Sales Manager at Tectra Automation, your responsibilities will include:

  • Team Management: Leading, managing, and mentoring the internal sales team to ensure sales targets are met and exceeded.
  • Customer Relationships: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Sales & Marketing Support: Supporting sales and marketing teams to retain current clients and expand the customer base.
  • Human Resource Management: Overseeing the internal team, handling HR-related tasks, and ensuring a positive team culture.
  • Technical Support: Providing technical support and product knowledge to staff and clients to ensure the best service possible.
  • Administrative Oversight: Ensuring that administrative procedures and company policies are strictly adhered to.

To qualify for the Internal Sales Manager position at Tectra, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Matric (Grade 12) or a relevant post-matric qualification.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the pneumatics and/or industrial environment.
  • A strong technical background with experience in sales.
  • Knowledge of the Tectra product range would be an added advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and people management skills.
  • Experience in target management, expenses, and profitability.
  • A working knowledge of Syspro and MS Office programs would be beneficial.
