📝 Minimum Requirements
✔️ A completed 3-year Diploma or 3–4-year Degree in the relevant field
✔️ Aged between 18 and 35 years
✔️ South African citizenship
✔️ Must reside in Umzumbe Municipality
✔️ Proof of residence signed by a ward councillor
✔️ Registered with relevant professional bodies (if applicable)
✔️ People with disabilities are encouraged to apply
