๐Ÿงฉ JOB OVERVIEW

The Issuing Solutions Internship is designed for motivated students seeking practical exposure to financial analysis, operational processes, and product performance within the payments industry. Interns will support the Issuing Solutions team in managing data, assisting with decision-making, and collaborating across multiple business units.

This internship provides structured learning, mentorship, and exposure to Visaโ€™s operational and product strategies, with the potential to transition into a graduate role in June 2027.


๐Ÿ“ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in creating monthly management dashboards for Digital Enablement

  • Support preparation of simple financial analysis and reports

  • Participate in operational activities, including billing, audits, and automation projects

  • Track and measure progress against key program metrics and objectives

  • Support P&L management activities under guidance from senior team members

  • Assist in preparing internal presentations and cross-functional reports

  • Collaborate with mentors and team members to gain exposure to Visaโ€™s broader product and operational strategies


๐ŸŽ“ QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Current student working towards a Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree (graduating December 2026 or summer 2027)

  • Relevant fields: Economics, Business, Finance, Econometrics, Engineering, Statistics, or related disciplines

Skills

  • Excellent academic record

  • Strong analytical, research, and financial analysis capabilities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in diverse teams

  • Effective communication to articulate insights and gain stakeholder buy-in

  • Self-confident, hands-on, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
