Job Overview
Truworths is seeking an experienced and driven IT Developer (.NET) to join its IT CRM team at the Cape Town head office. This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using modern Microsoft technologies.
You will collaborate closely with teams in Credit Risk & Analytics, Marketing, and the Truworths Call Centre to translate business requirements into robust, scalable applications. This role is ideal for professionals who value accountability, technical depth, and long-term excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, enhance, and maintain CRM and business systems

Design and implement new processes and applications

Gather and analyse business requirements

Produce and maintain technical documentation

Qualifications
Education
-
Bachelor of Commerce (Information Systems)

Bachelor of Science (Computer Science)

Advanced Diploma or National Diploma in Software / Applications Development

Or an equivalent relevant qualification
Experience
-
Proven experience in C# development

Strong experience using Visual Studio

Hands-on experience with database technologies

Retail industry experience will be an added advantage
