✅ Key Responsibilities:

✔ Ensure SLAs and support agreements are met consistently.

🔄 Process Improvement & System Optimization
✔ Identify and implement enhancements to improve application performance.
✔ Conduct root cause analyses and propose sustainable solutions.
✔ Participate in system upgrades and post-deployment support.
✔ Create knowledge base articles to promote knowledge sharing.

💡 Technical & Business Knowledge
✔ Understand the business processes supported by IT systems.
✔ Learn about integrations and system dependencies.
✔ Engage with cross-functional teams for better application use.
✔ Adopt Lean and DevOps principles for process improvements.

🤖 Automation & Innovation
✔ Spot and automate repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency.

🎓 Minimum Qualifications:

🎓 Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.

🛠 Exposure to Lean and DevOps methodologies is a plus.
