📝 About the Role

Are you passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on IT experience? This IT Intern role offers you a dynamic opportunity to work across multiple branches in a fast-paced, multiuser computing environment. You will provide essential support across hardware, software, infrastructure, and user assistance, all while building skills for a future IT career.

🎓 Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate and an IT diploma or advanced certificate.

• Knowledge of CompTIA N+ and A+ certifications or equivalent.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle preferred (due to travel between sites).

• Willingness to travel between branches as required.

📋 Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support to desktop and laptop users.

• Install and maintain hardware and software components.

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues efficiently.

• Assist with IT infrastructure and system administration tasks.

• Support IT projects and contribute to team goals.
