About the IT Service Delivery Internship

The IT Service Delivery Internship provides an excellent opportunity for graduates who are passionate about technology, customer support, and IT operations to gain hands-on experience within a global organisation. This role focuses on delivering reliable, efficient, and user-centric IT services that enable Corteva employees to work productively and securely.

As an IT Service Delivery Intern, you will support local IT infrastructure, assist with system implementations, resolve technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance employee technology experiences.


Key Responsibilities

IT Operations and Infrastructure Support

  • Execute local IT operational activities including infrastructure, end-user computing, desktops, laptops, and telecommunications

  • Assist with setting up user PCs, mobile devices, and peripherals

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues

  • Support local field services teams with day-to-day IT operations

IT Projects and Systems Implementation

  • Support the implementation of local and regional IT systems and projects

  • Assist with testing, deployment, and user adoption of IT solutions

  • Participate in project-related tasks to ensure timely and effective delivery

User Support and Service Delivery

  • Provide multi-channel IT support and resolve user queries via service desk tickets

  • Act as an escalation point by coordinating with internal IT teams and external vendors

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive and professional support

Change Management and User Enablement

  • Act as a super user by supporting user training and IT change initiatives

  • Assist with communication of IT updates and changes at local level

  • Promote adoption of IT tools and service desk platforms

Knowledge Management

  • Create, update, and maintain IT knowledge articles and training documentation

  • Support continuous improvement of IT processes and user guidance materials


Key Stakeholders and Interactions

  • Local Corteva employees

  • Regional and global IT operations teams

  • Field service teams and project managers

  • External IT vendors and service providers


Minimum Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

  • Knowledge of end-user computing environments using Windows-based desktops and laptops (Windows 7 and higher)

  • Familiarity with Apple iOS mobile devices

  • Basic understanding of IT service delivery and customer support principles

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment


Added Advantages

  • Knowledge of ITIL, PMP, or similar industry certifications

  • Exposure to ServiceNow or other IT service management tools

  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365, PowerApps, and mobile computing

  • Basic project management knowledge
