Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for service excellence? Truworths is seeking a dedicated IT Service Desk Consultant to deliver top-tier first-line support to our stores. Based at our Head Office in Cape Town, youβll be the go-to expert for hardware, software, networking, and telephony queriesβensuring seamless operations for our national retail footprint.
π§© Key Responsibilities

Deliver 1st-line technical support via phone and email.

Troubleshoot IT issues related to software, hardware, telephony, and networks.

Ensure service desk calls are resolved within SLA timeframes.

Accurately log and update Incidents and Requests daily.

Track recurring issues and provide trend analysis to your manager.

Efficiently prioritize and manage Incidents, Requests, and Problems.
π Qualifications & Experience

Matric (Grade 12) required.
-
1+ year experience in a technical support or IT help desk environment.
-
IT certifications or diploma is a strong advantage.
-
Retail operations knowledge is highly beneficial.

Strong computer literacy & technical troubleshooting ability.

Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Able to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Must have reliable transport and the ability to work on-site.
