In this exciting role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of onsite and remote IT services while supporting critical business functions and enhancing the user experience.


🌐 Your Core Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Deliver on-site and remote technical support for users and leadership teams.

  • Manage incident tickets routed from the Global Service Desk, resolving them promptly.

  • Support system infrastructure: PCs, printers, scanners, mobile devices, VPNs, and LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity.

  • Ensure workstations are fully operational for new employees from Day One.

  • Execute IT asset management, software installations, and compliance checks.

  • Uphold regulatory and security standards including ISO, FDA, and SOX.

  • Collaborate with vendors to maintain and upgrade hardware/software.

  • Keep track of IT supplies, assets, and ensure accurate documentation.

  • Participate in system deployments, rollouts, and other IT projects.


✅ What You Need To Succeed:

  • Education: National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field.

  • Experience:

    • Proven track record in providing hands-on end-user technical support.

    • Experience with system deployments, large-scale rollouts, or project coordination.

    • Experience in mentoring or supervising team members is advantageous.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, VPN, SCCM, anti-virus tools, mobile devices, and general network troubleshooting.

    • Familiarity with ITIL practices and SOX compliance standards.
