🚀 Key Responsibilities
As an IT Support Engineer, you will:

Deliver first- and second-line support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and conferencing tools.

Log and resolve incidents and service requests using the ITSM platform, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs.

Provide onboarding and offboarding IT support, including device setup and user access provisioning.

Offer remote and onsite support across AECI locations.

Administer and configure Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) for:

Device enrollment and provisioning
-
Security and compliance policy enforcement
-
Application deployment and management
-

Manage local and network printers, monitor usage, and verify billing accuracy.

Liaise with vendors and coordinate site visits for maintenance or troubleshooting.

Support various IT initiatives such as:
-
SharePoint Online migrations
-
MFA rollout
-
VoIP system implementation and training
-
Enterprise software/security tool deployment
-

Assist in license tracking and IT asset management across the organization.

Ensure endpoint compliance and maintain documentation.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
-
Diploma or Degree in Information Technology (or related discipline)
-
Microsoft Certifications such as MD-102 or MS-900 (preferred)
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical support or desktop engineering roles
-
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and SharePoint
-
Familiarity with VoIP platforms (MS Teams Phone, 3CX, etc.)

Proven troubleshooting ability with Windows OS and Office 365
-
Experience in managing IT assets, licenses, and vendor coordination
-
Willingness to travel to remote or regional sites as needed
