💼 Role Overview

As an IT Support Engineer, you will support the maintenance and configuration of internal infrastructure including computer systems, servers, and network infrastructure. You will ensure IT continuity while contributing to modernization and productivity initiatives globally.

Reporting Line:
You will report to the Global Helpdesk Manager.

🛠 Responsibilities

• Drive change from individual services to unified, simplified IT solutions.

• Support modern workplace technologies across all global offices.

• Troubleshoot and maintain all IT systems (hardware, software, network, internet, phones).

• Assist with Layer 2–7 network infrastructure, primarily Fortinet Systems.

• Ensure quick resolution of issues in line with SLAs.

• Monitor IT service management processes including asset, incident, problem, and change management.

• Continuously evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements.

• Provide excellent customer service and enhance user satisfaction.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Required:

• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant IT support experience.

• CompTIA A+, N+, MSCE certifications (or equivalent experience).

• Working knowledge of Windows & Macintosh clients.

• Understanding of Windows Server roles (AD DS, AD FS, DNS, DHCP).

• Familiarity with LAN, WAN, WLAN environments.

• Solid documentation and troubleshooting skills.

• Good experience with wireless networking.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Fortinet firewalls and switches is advantageous.

• Experience with multi-office network design.
