π― Your Role: What Youβll Do
As an IT Support Generalist, youβll play a critical role in supporting a distributed global workforce with seamless tech experiences. This role is hands-on and perfect for someone who enjoys variety, excels at troubleshooting, and thrives in an autonomous, remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
β Tier 1 & Tier 2 Support

Provide tech support for hardware, software, networks, and systems.

Troubleshoot remotely across macOS, Windows, and Linux devices.

Assist with FinTech platform queries and payment-related escalations.
β Systems & Device Management
-
Set up and manage accounts (Google Workspace, SSO).
-
Configure and maintain physical and virtual workstations.
-
Perform daily checks on conferencing and collaboration tools.
β Security & Compliance
-
Enforce IT security practices and escalate risks.
-
Support PCI DSS, GDPR, and other relevant compliance.
-
Contribute to company-wide cybersecurity awareness.
β Documentation & Training
-
Create and maintain technical guides and FAQs.
-
Train users and build a robust internal knowledge base.
β Cross-Functional Collaboration
-
Liaise with Product, Engineering, Operations, and CSI teams.

Handle vendor support communications and system escalations.
π What You Bring
Minimum Requirements:
-
3+ yearsβ experience in IT support/helpdesk roles.
-
Strong knowledge of macOS, Google Workspace, and remote support tools.
-
Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
Technical Expertise:
-
Proficiency with IT troubleshooting, remote tools, and ticketing systems (Jira is a plus).

Working knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Wi-Fi).

Bonus: Experience with AWS, MDM tools, Excel, SQL, or scripting languages like PowerShell/Python.
Soft Skills:

Strong customer service focus.

Excellent verbal & written communication.

Self-driven, accountable, and detail-oriented.

Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced remote setup.
Bonus Qualifications:

IT Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, etc.).

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Familiarity with FinTech security & compliance frameworks.
