Key Responsibilities

Assist with providing first-line IT support to staff, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.

Assist in creating and maintaining detailed documentation on IT procedures, issues, and resolutions.

What Weβre Looking For
We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Intern with a passion for technology and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have:
π Skills & Qualifications

Basic knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure (Windows, Mac OS, and networking principles).
