π§© Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level support for users, systems, and applications

Manage user accounts and access controls to maintain security

Support basic networking: LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN troubleshooting

Liaise with external service providers for issue resolution

Monitor application performance and recommend improvements
-
Assist in IT projects like system rollouts, upgrades, and migrations

Collaborate with the finance team to manage digital assets
-
Respond to IT service requests, support tickets, and general inquiries

Handle administrative tasks and help manage the IT budget
π Requirements

5+ years of proven IT support experience
-
Industry certifications preferred: CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco

Excellent knowledge of:

Windows OS & Microsoft Office Suite

Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs)

Experience with service desk tools: Jira, Freshdesk, or ServiceNow
-
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills

Customer-focused with accuracy, accountability, and efficiency

Own reliable transport is required
