🔧 Key Responsibilities:
As the IT Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and networking issues efficiently.

Infrastructure Management: Assist in maintaining and administering network devices, servers, and IT systems to ensure optimal performance.

Project Involvement: Provide technical input and support during larger IT infrastructure and software implementation projects.

User Support: Offer direct support to internal users, including onboarding, hardware/software setup, and permissions management.

Training and User Enablement: Educate and train staff on system usage, software tools, and security practices.

Documentation: Keep clear and updated records of issues, solutions, and processes to ensure accountability and knowledge sharing.

Security Compliance: Enforce and uphold the company’s IT security standards and best practices.

Vendor Management: Liaise with third-party IT vendors for maintenance, repairs, and software licensing as needed.

System Monitoring: Continuously monitor IT systems for performance and uptime and proactively report anomalies.

Emergency Response: React quickly and decisively during system outages or IT emergencies.
✅ Minimum Requirements:

3–5 years’ experience in an IT support or helpdesk environment.

Strong knowledge of IT systems including Windows OS, networking (LAN/WAN), and hardware troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience in managing servers, desktop devices, routers, switches, and backup systems.

Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities.

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ / N+, Microsoft Certified (MCSA, Azure Fundamentals), or similar will be highly advantageous.
