This is a permanent, full-time role where your expertise will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure across the organization.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Technical Troubleshooting: Accurately diagnose and resolve complex software, hardware, and network issues to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.

Infrastructure Management: Support the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of servers, network devices, and other essential IT infrastructure.

Project Support: Work closely with other IT team members on large-scale IT projects, offering technical expertise and hands-on assistance to ensure successful implementation.

User Support: Provide outstanding support to internal users, addressing their technical concerns, setting up new accounts, and managing system access.

Training and Guidance: Equip users with knowledge through training sessions and day-to-day guidance to help them navigate systems confidently.

Documentation: Keep thorough and up-to-date records of technical issues, resolutions, and user requests, ensuring IT procedures and documentation are well-maintained.

Security Compliance: Uphold IT security policies, assist in security audits, and contribute to the rollout of cybersecurity measures.

Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, maintenance, and upgrades of IT equipment and software, ensuring minimal disruption.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor system performance, flag potential problems, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.

Emergency Response: Be the go-to expert during IT emergencies, swiftly resolving outages and minimizing business impact.
What We’re Looking For:

3-5 years of proven experience in IT support or a closely related field.

Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.) will be a distinct advantage.
