As an IT Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting and co-administering the company’s IT infrastructure. You’ll be directly involved in maintaining hardware and software systems, responding to technical issues, and providing essential support to users across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day technical operations and provide responsive IT support.

  • Assist with secure, efficient server and network administration.

  • Support and maintain network applications, including LAN, WAN, IPSEC, TCP/IP.

  • Provide hands-on support for Help Desk operations to ensure staff receive effective IT assistance.

  • Collaborate with IT technicians on disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, replacing faulty components as needed.

  • Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory and Azure environments.

  • Manage printers and peripheral equipment efficiently.

  • Work closely with users to identify issues and deliver practical solutions.

Minimum Requirements

  • Solid understanding of computer hardware and system troubleshooting.

  • Working knowledge of networking technologies including LAN, WAN, and IPSEC.

  • Experience using Active Directory and Microsoft Azure.

  • Printer management expertise.

  • Exposure to AutoCAD or similar software is an added advantage.

  • IT certifications such as A+, N+, CompTIA, MCSE, or MCSA are beneficial.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Comfortable working with staff at all organizational levels.
