💼 About the Role:
Sizwe Africa IT Group is actively hiring a skilled IT Technician to join our team in Nelspruit. This position is perfect for a self-driven and technically skilled individual who is passionate about IT support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and client satisfaction.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

Perform hardware and software troubleshooting for desktops, notebooks, and printers.

Travel to client sites to resolve technical issues and complete service calls within SLA timelines.

Conduct monthly stock takes, manage inventory, and ensure safekeeping of company equipment.

Accurately complete job cards and electronic system entries.
-
Repair and maintain VOIP systems, routers, switches, UPS systems, and other network devices.
-
Provide after-hours standby support when required.

Assist in identifying new business opportunities through excellent service delivery.

Follow all administrative processes and company policies diligently.

Support management with any ad hoc duties as needed.
🛠️ Skills & Experience:
-
Level 1: A+ Certification + up to 2 years of experience.

Level 2: A+ and N+ Certification + 2–3 years of experience.
-
Level 3: A+ and N+ Certification with MCSE or CCNA + 5+ years of hands-on experience.
-
Proven ability to repair desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT infrastructure.

Solid knowledge of VOIP, networking hardware, and software.

Good understanding of stock control and administrative documentation.

Excellent communication and client service skills.

Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Valid driver’s license is essential.

Must pass security clearance (if required by client).
