🎓 Minimum Qualifications:

💻 CompTIA A+, N+, and Microsoft Certification (Essential)
🧠 Experience Required:

✅ 1–3 years in a similar IT support role

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Expertise in hardware & software support

Experience with Virtual Desktops, Citrix, and AWS
