🎓 Minimum Qualifications:

  • 📘 Matric / Grade 12 (Essential)

  • 💻 CompTIA A+, N+, and Microsoft Certification (Essential)


🧠 Experience Required:

  • ✅ 1–3 years in a similar IT support role

  • 🚫 Clear ITC Record (Non-Negotiable)

  • 🚫 Clear Criminal Record (Non-Negotiable)


💡 Technical Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Expertise in hardware & software support

  • Experience with Virtual Desktops, Citrix, and AWS

  • Solid network troubleshooting experience

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL processes

📋 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line IT support via Helpdesk

  • Maintain call centre hardware and software

  • Support senior IT technicians as needed

  • Troubleshoot desktop and network issues

  • Prepare IT equipment for new employee onboarding

  • Log and resolve support tickets within SLA timelines

  • Escalate complex issues and risks where necessary

  • Deliver 100% service excellence to all users
