About the Health Benefit Solutions Team

Key Purpose
The Java Developer will play a crucial role in our Health Benefit Solutions team by collaborating with Business Analysts, System Architects, and managers to understand business needs, design system solutions, and implement them with high-quality source code. The successful candidate will support the projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-release support, ensuring the success of each initiative.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 System Development Lifecycle: Participate in all stages, from design to implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes at each phase.
🔹 Solution Design & Implementation: Work with cross-functional teams to create effective, scalable solutions that meet business needs.
🔹 Testing & Deployment: Develop, test, and maintain deployed applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
🔹 Troubleshooting & Enhancement: Analyze and enhance existing applications while troubleshooting issues in real-time.
🔹 Code Quality: Deliver high-quality source code and adhere to best practices, ensuring software meets business and technical requirements.

Education and Experience
📚 BSc in Computer Science or equivalent 3-year IT qualification.
💻 3+ years of Java (version 8) development experience.
🖥️ Expertise in the SpringBoot Framework, Hibernate, WebLogic, and JBoss Application Server.
🛠️ Familiarity with web technologies such as JSP, JavaScript, Angular 6, and JQuery.
⚙️ Experience with SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, and Web Services.
🚀 Knowledge of containerization tools like Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker.
🔄 Experience in DevOps, agile methodologies, and Linux environments.
