Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and Mentor: Guide and mentor a team of talented engineers, promoting best practices, clean code, and efficient workflows.
✅ Fullstack Development: Lead development efforts using React and Node.js to build powerful, scalable applications.
✅ Code Quality: Ensure the code is clean, maintainable, and well-documented while adhering to industry standards.
✅ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
✅ Problem Solving: Proactively solve complex technical challenges and ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet customer requirements.
✅ Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in technology and explore innovative ways to improve our products and services.
Required Qualifications:
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
💼 Experience: Over 10 years of professional experience, with significant expertise in JavaScript, particularly React and Node.js.
📋 Leadership: Proven experience managing and leading teams in a technical environment.
🧠 Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to solve complex software development challenges.
🌐 Communication: Advanced fluency in English, with excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical team members.
📦 Team Player: Must be a proactive, team-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
