Job Description
Responsibilities
- Driving Turnover: Ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Expense Control: Manage and control store expenses.
- Stock Management: Minimize stock losses and ensure shrinkage is within company standards.
- People Management:
- Recruitment and development of staff.
- Handle employee relations and performance management.
- In-Store Merchandising: Execute merchandising strategy and standards.
- Customer Satisfaction: Implement customer service strategies to fulfill customer demands.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Matric certificate.
- Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
- At least 1 year of store leadership experience.
