Job Overview
As a Customer Support Specialist at Jonsson Workwear, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service. You will act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, helping both new and existing clients find the best workwear solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing orders, offering product guidance, and maintaining customer satisfaction, all while upholding the high standards of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Customer Engagement: Provide expert advice and assistance to customers, ensuring a seamless experience.
✅ Order Management: Assist customers in processing their orders efficiently, from quotation to completion.
✅ Sales Support: Work closely with External Advisors to ensure customer orders are accurately captured and tracked.
✅ Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our full product range to offer tailored solutions to customer needs.
✅ Point of Sale: Process customer payments, managing the cash desk as required.
✅ Stock Management: Ensure that our products are well-stocked, neatly arranged, and presented at all times.
✅ Problem Solving: Address customer concerns and issues quickly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction.
✅ Weekend Availability: Be available to work on weekends when necessary, ensuring continued customer service.
Required Skills and Experience:
✔️ Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role is essential.
✔️ Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English.
✔️ Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledge of Syspro is advantageous.
✔️ Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality work and accuracy.
✔️ Time Management: Ability to multitask and manage various customer queries simultaneously.
✔️ Professional Demeanor: Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure while delivering excellent customer service.
