Position Overview:

At GroupM, we are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our Human Resources team. As a key part of the HR function, you will work closely with teams across the organization to enhance the employee experience, support talent acquisition efforts, and ensure the seamless implementation of HR processes and policies.

Your role will involve administrative support, helping manage HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations, ensuring that the GroupM HR function runs efficiently and effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Administration

  • Assist with day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, including performance management, training programs, and employee engagement efforts.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Support recruitment activities, including managing job postings, candidate screenings, and interview scheduling.
  • Help with talent acquisition processes, ensuring that top talent is hired and onboarded smoothly.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Support HR teams in managing employee relations issues and ensuring a positive, productive workplace culture.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement programs and initiatives.

Training & Development

  • Help organize and coordinate training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance.
  • Assist in creating materials for employee development and learning programs.

HR Data Management

  • Assist in capturing, processing, and maintaining HR data using internal systems and tools.
  • Help generate reports and assist in the analysis of HR metrics to improve organizational effectiveness.

HR Compliance & Policies

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, legal regulations, and internal guidelines.
  • Support the implementation of policies and best practices related to human resources.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

🔸 Proven HR Skills: Strong understanding of human resources processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
🔸 Advanced Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as HR management systems.
🔸 Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
🔸 Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
🔸 Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive, with a keen ability to identify challenges and provide effective solutions.
🔸 Team Player: Comfortable working in a collaborative environment, supporting various teams within the HR function.


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Background: A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in HR administration or a similar role within a dynamic work environment is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Personal Attributes:
