Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate reporting on financial activities, following internal procedures and industry standards.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with financial transactions.
- Ensure adherence to global regulatory standards and compliance with internal policies.
π Global Collaboration
- Collaborate with teams across different geographies to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
- Act as a bridge between the bankβs operations and client needs.
π Innovation & Growth
- Contribute to the growth strategy of the bank through research, analysis, and solution-oriented approaches.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and banking technologies to suggest improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:
β Education:
- Relevant degree in finance, banking, or a related field.
- Additional certifications or qualifications in risk management or compliance are advantageous.
β Experience:
- Proven experience in financial services, with a focus on risk management, compliance, or customer service.
- Strong understanding of banking products and services.
β Key Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
β Other Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with banking software or customer relationship management tools is a plus.
