Job Overview

The Jumpstart Internship Programme offers final-year students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience within banking, markets, operations, finance, or technology.

Interns will work alongside industry professionals, participate in real projects, and receive mentorship while developing both technical and professional skills in a global banking environment.

Shortlisted candidates will also complete a 3-week Winter Internship (2026) before the full programme begins.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and apply industry knowledge across banking and finance functions

Qualifications

Education

• Final-year (2026) Bachelor’s Degree (all fields considered)
• Minimum 65% academic average

Experience

• Less than 12 months of work experience

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
• Fluent in English
